IT IS A BIT COMPLICATED BUT YES AFTER DOING IT YOU CAN HAVE MORE FUN ON YOUR EMULATOR.....

FIRST OF ALL CLOSE BLUESTACKS FROM THE TASK PANE.

METHOD

1. DOWNLOAD DATA.IMG.MAKER TOOL FROM HERE AND EXTRACT IT ON THE DESKTOP.

2. OPEN FOLDER " C:\ProgramData\Bluestacks\Android " AND MAKE A BACKUP OF ORIGINAL sdcard.fs  BY COPYING IT SOMEWHERE ELSE.

3. RENAME sdcard.fs TO sdcard.ext3

4.  OPEN THE EXTRACTED DATA.IMG.MAKER FOLDER ON DESKTOP AND RUN "toporesize.bat".

5. CLICK ON "find file" AND BROWSE FOR "sdcard.ext3" IN THE FOLDER MENTIONED ABOVE.

6.CHECK OR SELECT "resize file only no resize2fs"  AND THEN SCROLL THE BAR BELOW IT TO CHANGE ITS SIZE AND THEN CLICK "Resize file".

7. RENAME THE FILE BACK TO "sdcard.fs" AND RESTART BLUESTACKS.

  1. BlueStacks no longer uses .fs filesystem - now using .sparsefs so this will not work.

  2. Other method is using the OSF Mount (found on this site), mount the 'SDCard.fs' - choose 'Drive size' - tick 'GBytes' and then 2Gb size SDcard will be automatically created. Easy, works for me....
